The Buffalo Bills once again started out as undefeated, this year at 4-0, and began to lose, twice by the way.
In 2019, the Bills started off 3-0 before being defeated by the New England Patriots 16-10. The Bills still went to the Playoffs and lost to the Tennessee Titans 10-7. The loss this year, however, has everyone’s underwear tied in knots and the theme now is that the Buffalo Bills are imploding.
But are they?
The short answer is no!
And that’s because no one should have been high on the Bills this early in the season anyway!
What??????
Let, me explain.
So far, the Buffalo Bills have defeated the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, and the Las Vegas Raiders. Whose records are 0-6, 3-3, 4-2, and 3-2 respectively.
On top of that, some of those wins obtained by those teams were against trash bag teams.
So instead, many should have taken and honest approach to the Bills. This year, the defense is without Lorenzo Alexander (35 solo tackles), Jordan Philips (9.5 sacks), and Shaq Lawson (6.5 sacks).
The loss of these players is felt. Especially, when the Bills have given up 810 yards in their last 2 losses. And, have given up 68 points versus their 33 points gained. On top of the that, the Bills lost to the Super Champs and the Tennessee Titans a team that is currently undefeated.
I normally preach that teams should not be taken seriously until 5 games in. I believe that we can now start to assess the Buffalo Bills. We all know that the Buffalo Bills are pretenders for the first few games of the season anyway.
