What’s your expectations for Tom Brady this season?

This football season has been a humbling season for Tom Brady. So far, Tom Brady has a 65.1 passing comp, 753 yards passing, 6 TD passing, and 3 Ints  (sacked 5X,  3 fumbles).

In comparison, this time last year, Brady had a 67.92 passing comp, 911 yards passing, 7 TD passing , 0 Int, 3 sk, 9.92 yards per attempt. To boot, the Patriots were 3 – 0 last year and not 2-1  (Buccaneers).

Though Brady isn’t doing far worse this year than last, he isn’t doing as well.

Is this a time to fret or doubt Brady in his 20th year?

Of course not.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers face the Los Angeles Chargers (1-2), Chicago Bears (3-0), Green Bay Packers (3-0), and the Las Vegas Raiders (2-1) in their next 4 games. This, if you’ve been keeping up with the season, could end with the Buccaneers being 5 – 2 (with a loss to the Packers).

NFL franchises are coming off an abysmal off season via CV-19. This has prevented teams from getting in their reps and fine tuning the timing of their offenses and defenses.

As the season progresses, you’ll see Brady and the Buc’s mesh and get their timing down. I believe the next 4 games will determine Brady’s and the Buc’s ceiling. Until then, just stay tuned.
