Cowboys’ Amari Cooper suffers thigh bruise vs. Jets

Dallas Cowboys‘ wide receiver Amari Cooper was injured just three snaps into Sunday’s game against the New York Jets and did not return.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Cooper was diagnosed with a thigh bruise that forced him to miss the rest of the game. There was no information on the extent of the injury or how long Cooper will be sidelined.

Already without receiver Randall Cobb, losing Cooper early in Sunday’s contest forced quarterback Dan Prescott to lean on receivers Tavon Austin and Red Wilson.
